Instructions
Chop and brown garlic in margarine in stewpot. Cut Flank Steak, Pork Chops and Lamb Chops into cubes, brown in frying pan, drain, then add to stewpot. Brown Ground Beef, Pork Sausage and Hot Italian Sausage, drain, then add to stewpot. Cook Beef Chorizo until liquidy, add to stewpot. Add Cooked Pinto Beans and Tomato Sauce to stewpot. Dice Red, Yellow and White Onions, add to stewpot. Chop Green Onions, (retaining most of the green parts to sprinkle on top of the Chili when serving.) add to stewpot. Dry, Ungreased Black Iron Skillet is necessary to prepare peppers. Dice the Red, Green, Yellow, and Orange Bell Peppers, removing the seeds. Repeat procedure for the Green Chile and Yellow Wax Peppers. Slice Serrano and Jalapeno, not necessary to remove seeds from these. Heat the Dry, Ungreased Black Iron Skillet, then add the peppers, cook until the peppers start to blacken, then add to stewpot. Stir in Chili Powder and Grape Jelly. Turn on Stewpot and let contents simmer for 3-5 hours, Stirring regularly. The longer it cooks, the more flavorful the Chili. Garnish with Chopped Green Onions and Grated Cheese.
